Parking tariffs iv District V.
from 1st of July 2009

The maximum parking time is 3 hours in the whole District,
except for the Pest lower wharf (Pesti alsó rakpart), where there is no time limit.

Parking fees have to be paid in advance, at the start of the parking.
The parking fee can be paid by cash or parking card with the pay-and-display ticket machines. The ticket has to be displayed behind the vehicle's front windshield, in a place where it can be seen in its entirety, with the information side up.

Parking fees can be paid by mobile phone, too. For this, you need to register with First Mobile Payment Clearing Private Co. Ltd. (EME Zrt), or to use the so-called 'ad-hoc payment service' offered by mobile phone operators. Click here for details.
